The swimming pool area is lovely. That is great that the beach and the sea are literally 2 meters from the hotel area. The beach guardian Kamel is very helpful. The hotel is close to the old town very convenient to visit the local museums. The room cleaning staff were very nice. The breakfast is decent except for the drinks.

Pour quality of drinks at breakfast : coffee seems to be of low quality (some kind of instant powder coffee) and no fresh juices (but some fruit drinks instead). The currency exchange service at the Reception desk does not provide the receipt, thus it is not possible later to exchange the dinars back to euro at the airport (and since it is forbidden to export the local currency even im small amounts, you are trapped in the airport with your dinars)

Value for money, the lobby of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast was good and varied, the hotel facilities are nice (indoor pool, exterior pool, terrace) the room is big and from the balcony there is a nice view of the beach

The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the rooms, just to keep the 5 star category We didn't like the staff pushing us to have dinner at the hotel, telling us the restaurants close by were closed (not true). Dinner buffet: where to start, first dishes and cutlery were dirty, the food wasn't good at all (at dinner, breakfast was fine) and the price 75 tnd per person and not even water is included, really bad, way better having dinner somewhere else

Excellent location, but the restaurant infrastructure hasn't been updated, extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel

Non professional staff from reception - I asked for the invoice at check-in, when I paid the services. At check-out, they weren't able to give me the proforma and sent me a proforma which was not in line with my payment. No returning e-mail to my request to change my invoice.

Great location between in the city but close to the beach. Pleasant staff.

Very nice room with a balcony that looked to the pool and the sea. WiFi worked well. Quiet clean and comfortable room. Location close to the historical Medina. Great value in the off season.

Security guard tried to stop me from bringing a small cup of ice cream to my room. Wanted me to eat it outside in the cold at night in front of the hotel. Ridiculous

-I waited for long time to check in even thou i came late and was the only one in lobby -I was given in the 3 floor where wifi was not working and the rooms smiled bad then they changed the room for me cuz they were not able to fix the wifi -Breakfast needed more intercontinental food

This hotel has a very nice view on the sea side.

Cleanliness in the top-floor restaurant and bathrooms was awful, staff too busy watching football match to serve you. Food quality not fresh and again, Cleanliness, Cleanliness and Cleanliness missing.

The hotel needs some maintenance. They did not provide us with water bottles. Some members of staff are helpfull others less so

Great location for restaurants, beach and the sights. Lovely view from sea facing balcony. Parking free and good sauna. Breakfast was good. The service was attentive. Mariem on reception could not have been more helpful and friendly. 5 stars for her alone!

In some parts the hotel is perhaps past its best as a 5* hotel. For instance neither the TV nor the safe worked in the room and, despite repeated requests, neither were fixed. The previous guest had left clothes in the room and these were still there which suggests the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The reality is tourism in Sousse has been hit hard, many hotels have closed. These faults can therefore be completely forgiven.

The location is quite good and just steps away from the beach and also the medina, and the room in general meets my expectation.

The door to the balcony was difficult to close, and the electric kettle in the room was broken. The wifi connection in the room was quite slow and unstable.

An expensive hotel that does not meet any of your expectations.

the location is good but nothing else indeed.

The breakfast didn't meet our expectations. it does not suit at all a 5 stars hotel. There was a bad smell in the corridors leading to the room. But worth than this, is the noise, you can hear the generators to an extent that you need to rise the sound of a radio so you can sleep. We asked for room service, we didn't get it.

Great stay with family, but not many facilities

We had a really lovely weekend with our family in this hotel! The cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, the food was varied and super tasty at the restaurant. The swimming pools and the private beach are amazing. The view from the sea view rooms are breathtaking.

Apart from the 3 swimming pools, there are no other facilities at the hotel. If you are with children and they are done swimming, there is nothing else they can do. I really missed an animation team, a kids club with airco, at least a little playing corner or a slide and swing. For adults there is nothing going on in the evenings, not even on Saturday nights. There is no animation, show, music or party. A pool table or some more music would have been great at least.
